Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from RiverStoneMeadow. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy covers the circumstances under which RiverStoneMeadow may in its discretion provide refunds, and is part of the Terms of Service that you agree to by purchasing our products or services.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns if the product is incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, visual evidence (e.g., a photo).

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if applicable. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
